L. Herman Cottle, 81, of the 400 block of Caren Drive, a retired insurance agent, died Jan. 17, 1995, in Virginia Beach Health Care.
He was born in North Carolina and was a Baptist.
Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Margaret Liverman Cottle; two daughters, Sue Wilkinson and Barbara Boone; two grandchildren, Heather M. Kapustka and Edward Wilkinson Jr.; and a great-grandson, Travis Kapustka, all of Virginia Beach.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday in Kellum Funeral Home, Bonney Road Chapel, by the Rev. Lamar Sentell. Burial will be in Rosewood Memorial Park.
