Six small businesses from Hampton Roads have been chosen to display everything from silver bracelets to mittens on QVC next month. Hundreds of entrepreneurs and small companies vied for a chance to win air-time on the national television shopping network. Buyers from West Chester, Pa.-based QVC Inc. recently handpicked 20 products from Virginia as part of the network's ``QVC's Quest for America's Best - The 50 in 50 Tour.'' This area's winners include Feelings Inc. of Virginia Beach and O.U.T. Labs of Norfolk. The others are Goldmarks, Design Master Associates, M. Shields Silversmiths and S'warms - all from Williamsburg. Norfolk's Rowena's was named as an alternate. by CNB
