Lt. Commander Frank Ellis Roach Jr., USN (Ret.), 55, of the 600 block of Fox Hollow Lane, died Jan. 18, 1995.
He was born in Litchfield, Ill. His career consisted of 30 years of pure love and pride for the Navy.
Survivors include his wife, Kathy Roach, formerly of London, England; three daughters, Sheryll J. Traino, Diane L. Roach and Karen A. Lara, all of Virginia Beach; his mother, Helen K. Roach of Litchfield, Ill.; and two grandchildren, Anthony Vito and Katie Ann.
A memorial service will be conducted at 3 p.m. Sunday in Kellum Funeral Home, Bonney Road Chapel, by the Rev. Paul Tucker. Burial will be at sea at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Lung Association.
