Florence E. Hall, 88, of Lynn Shores Drive, a homemaker, died Jan. 19, 1995, in Virginia Beach.
She was born in Portsmouth and was the widow of John G. Hall. She was a member of Burrows Memorial Baptist Church, Norfolk.
Survivors include a daughter, Jean H. Chowns and son-in-law, Tommy Chowns of Virginia Beach; a sister, Nannie White of Norfolk; a granddaughter, Trudy and Colby Trammell of Fincastle, Va.; a grandson, Tommy and Anne Chowns of Virginia Beach; a great-granddaughter, Kimberly Trammell of Fincastle; and a great-grandson, John Chowns of Virginia Beach.
A graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Norfolk. The family will receive friends at Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today.
