A Norfolk man was killed on Reservoir Avenue Thursday night after he began arguing with two other men, police reported Friday.
The victim was identified as Samuel Fletcher, 43, of the 900 block of Norchester St. Police spokesman Larry Hill said Fletcher was standing in the 800 block of Reservoir Ave. near Bond Street when he was approached by two men. They began arguing and Fletcher was shot. He died at the scene, Hill said.
Police are looking for the suspects' vehicle. It is described as a faded gray two-door, possibly a Toyota, with Virginia license tags and tinted windows that may have a number of air bubbles in the tinting on the windows. Police believe it was occupied by at least two black males.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Norfolk Crime Line at 441-5100.
