MACIE O. LATTIMORE

Macie O. Lattimore, 74, of the 2500 block of Waverly Way, a retired homemaker, died Jan. 19, 1995, in her residence.

Mrs. Lattimore was born in Gaffney, S.C. She was the widow of Sherman Lattimore Sr., a member of Antioch Missionary Baptist Church and the Missionary Board and Female Usher Board (NU)1 and a member of United Order of Tents, Elmira Elizabeth Chapter (NU)364.

Survivors include a daughter, Sarah A. Trice of Lithonia, Ga.; four sons, Sherman Lattimore, Jr. of Norfolk, William R. Lattimore of San Jose, Calif., Charles L. Lattimore of Chesapeake and Jerrold L. Lattimore of Mitchsville, Md.; a sister, Ruby Sexton of Spartanburg, S.C.; a brother, Fletcher R. Howell of Forest Hill, N.Y.; 16 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, three daughters-in-law, one son-in-law and other relatives. She was the daughter of the late Sarah Boyd Howell and Felix Howell.

A funeral will be conducted at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church by the Rev. I. Joseph Williams. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. Hale Funeral Home is handling arrangements. ILLUSTRATION: Photo
