Jennifer Lynn Ogan, 11, of the 5500 block of Odessa Drive died Jan. 21, 1995 in Norfolk.
She was born in Portsmouth.
Survivors include her parents, Linda Ogan Ingvaldsen and Stuart A. Burgess, and paternal grandparents, Enos Burgess and Doris Burgess, all of Virginia Beach; and five aunts.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Rosewood Memorial Park by Pastor Phillip Holwager. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Bayside Chapel, is handling arrangements. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations may be made to Lake Taylor Hospital.
