ALBERTA G. PARKER

Alberta G. Parker, of the 1300 block of 18th St., died Jan. 18, 1995, in a local hospital.

Mrs. Parker was born in Norfolk. She was a member of Holy Jerusalem Church of God in Christ, Norfolk. She was Mother of the church and a member of the Usher Board and the Raising Fund Committee.

Survivors include her husband, John Parker; four daughters; four sons; three sisters; two brothers; one uncle; and a host of other relatives and friends.

The funeral will be conducted at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday in Holy Jerusalem Church of God In Christ, 712 E. 27th St., by Elderess Queenie Barton. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park. Family and friends will assemble at 517 Fluvanna St., Norfolk, at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday for funeral processional to the church. Metropolitan Funeral Service, Norfolk, is in charge.
