EDWARD WILLIAMSON

Edward ``Ed'' Williamson, of the 700 block of Mount Vernon Ave., a retired construction worker, died Jan. 20, 1995, in Maryview Hospital.

Mr. Williamson was born in Laurinburg, N.C. He had retired from A.G. Pinkston Co. and was a U.S. Army veteran.

Survivors include his wife, Annie L. Williamson; a stepson, Winford Stewart of Laurinburg, N.C.; a sister, Jessie McCall of Laurel Hill, N.C.; two brothers, Luther Williamson and Stoney Williamson, both of Laurel Hill, N.C.; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and friends and a special sister-in-law, Judith Carmichael of Portsmouth.

The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Corprew Funeral Home by the Rev. Charles L. Harvin Sr. Burial with military honors will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. Viewing will begin at 10 a.m. Tuesday in the funeral home.
