TERRIE G. TIMMS

Terrie Guille Timms, 40, of the 1500 block of Southwick Road, died Jan. 21, 1995 in an automobile accident.

Mrs. Timms was a native of Norfolk. She was the widow of Andrew Jackson (Jack) Timms. She was a member of Friends Meeting House in Virginia Beach and attended Garrison Williams School and Norfolk Academy and was a graduate of the University of Virginia. Mrs. Timms was the former owner and president of Guille Steel. She was a director of Camp Civictan.

Survivors include a daughter, Kelly Vaughan Timms of Virginia Beach; two sons, Mathew Shelton Timms and Michael Guille Timms, both of Virginia Beach; two stepdaughters, Christie Timms Nancarrow of Silver Springs, Md. and Margaret Shannon Timms of New York City; a stepson, A. Jackson Timms III of Virginia Beach; her mother, Elizabeth Trumble Guille of Norfolk; two sisters, Maribeth Shelton Frank of Chicago, Ill. and Julie Trumble Brooks of Richmond; a brother, Arthur S. Guille, Jr. of Walnut Cove, N.C.; and three step grandchildren, Ryan B. Timms, Michael Timms and Eloise Nancarrow.

A memorial service will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 25, 1995 at Friends Meeting House, 1537 Laskin Road. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 7 to 8 p.m. in the H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Laskin Road Chapel. Memorial donations may be made to Friends School, 1537 Laskin Road Virginia Beach, Va. 23451. The family will receive friends following the memorial service Wednesday at 1500 Southwick Road Virginia Beach 23451.
