Donald B. Sapp, 64, of the 4500 block of Hessian Road North, died Jan. 22, 1995, in his residence.
After retiring from the U.S. Navy, Mr. Sapp retired from the City Of Norfolk with almost 20 years of service as manager of The Fiscal Division. He was a native of Plant City, Fla. and was a member of Christ Presbyterian Church in Virginia Beach. He was predeceased by his son, Gregory L. Sapp.
Survivors include his wife, Thelma Raulerson Sapp; two daughters, Patricia L. Young and Donna A. Gregory, both of Virginia Beach; his mother Vernice S. Sapp; two sisters, Barbara Faye Sapp and Carol Jane Morgan. all of Plant City, Fla.; two brothers, William Sapp and Herbert Sapp, both of Plant City, Fla.; and four grandchildren, Kristen Young, Gregory Young, Taren Gregory and Kyle Gregory, all of Virginia Beach..
A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 24, 1995 in Rosewood Memorial Park by the Rev. Clyde Johnson. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Laskin Road, is handling arrangements.
