Norman Russell Wiggins, 71, of the 5400 block of Tidewater Drive, died Jan. 21, 1995, in his residence.
Mr. Wiggins was born in Norfolk and was a disabled Army veteran of World War II. He was the son of the late Marie Russell Wiggins and George D. Wiggins.
Survivors include five sisters, Marie Wiggins of Williamsburg, Va., Bernice Collins, Mary Whitley, Sarah Wiggins, all of Norfolk, and Loretta Carpenter of Chesapeake; four brothers, Samuel Wiggins of Compton, Calif., Dewry Wiggins of Portsmouth, Barney C. Wiggins and Roland Wiggins, both of Norfolk; an aunt, Viola Whitlock of Norfolk; and two uncles, Wilson Russell of Boston, Mass. and Daniel Russell of New London, Conn.
A graveside service will be conducted at noon Friday in Hampton National Cemetery by the Rev. Clayton Hall. The family will assemble at 5432 Tidewater Drive, Apt. S-207. Hale Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
