Norfolk Southern Corp. raised its regular quarterly dividend to 52 cents per share at its board meeting Tuesday. The dividend had been 48 cents per share. The Norfolk-based railroad and transportation company raised the dividend in response to what is expected to be record annual earnings to be announced today.
