Though the Super Bowl ranks high in snack-food consumption, it's beaten by a few other times of year, says Mike Mann of the Snack Food Association in Alexandria.
In snack consumption, Super Bowl week 1993 ran fifth after Christmas, July Fourth, Memorial Day and the week after Memorial Day. ``They just kept on eating,'' Mann said of the latter.
