Louise Scott Harris, 42, of Route 4, died Sunday, Jan. 22, 1995, at home.
Survivors include one daughter, Sherilyn Catherine Harris of the home; one son, Jeffred Scott of the home; seven sisters, Vertie M. Davis and Maggie Harvey, both of Portsmouth, Castella Childs, China Washington and Magnolia Jones, all of Manhattan, N.Y., Hattie Bailey of Bronx, N.Y., and Lucille Tabron of the home; two brothers, John I. Johnson Jr. of the home and Arthur Ponton of Englewood, N.J.
A funeral will be held today at 1 p.m. in Love of God Church of Christ, Roanoke Rapid, N.C., with Bishop Moses Williams officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
