Wilbur Lee Culpepper, 39, a loving father, son, brother, and uncle passed away on January 24, 1995, at his home. Originally from Chesapeake, Mr. Culpepper was the vice president of C. F. Lambert Company.
Survivors include his daughter, Andrea C. Middleton of Norfolk; parents, Harry and Ivar Culpepper of Chesapeake; one brother, Harry A. Culpepper, Jr. of Virginia Beach; two sisters, Arlene C. Mullaney of Chesapeake and Linda C. Lambert of Virginia Beach; his maternal grandmother, Arlene I. White of Norfolk; one nephew and four nieces.
The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday in Oman Funeral Home, Great Bridge by the Rev. Ron Harrison. Burial will be in Good Hope United Methodist Church Cemetery in Chesapeake. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 7-8 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
