The Tidewater Transportation District Commission will meet today from 4 to 7 p.m. to hear the public's comments as to what kinds transportation would best serve the Virginia Beach-Norfolk corridor.
The public will be asked which transportation alternatives they would like to see in the corridor, including the possibility of a light rail line running from Norfolk to the shopping centers around Pembroke.
The meeting will be held at Sentara Leigh Hospital, 830 Kempsville Road, and is open to the public. by CNB
