SOLOMON G. WAHRMAN

Solomon G. Wahrman, 73, of the 400 block of Baldwin St., a retired maintenance foreman at Oceana Naval Air Station, died Jan. 26, 1995, in Virginia Beach.

Mr. Wahrman was born in Norfolk. He was a founding member of Kings Grant Baptist Church and a member of Masonic Lodge 274 of Virginia Beach.

He is survived by his wife, Marvel B. Wahrman; four daughters, Patricia Rooney of Ocean City, Md., Janet Hoffman of Jarvisburg, N.C., Jenny Williams of Raleigh, N.C., and Debra Bayton of Portsmouth; three sons-in-law and three grandchildren.

A church service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in Kings Grant Baptist Church by the Rev. Jerry Holcomb. Burial will be in Princess Anne Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today in the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to the United Parkinson's Foundation or to Kings Grant Baptist Church. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Laskin Road Chapel, is handling arrangements.
