EDITH FERGUSON

Edith ``Little Sister'' Ferguson, 65, of the 500 block of 6th St., died Jan. 24, 1995, in Obici Hospital.

She was a native of Nansemond County and was the daughter of the late Joseph Young and Anniebell H. Young. She was the widow of Clarence Ferguson. She had retired from the Norfolk Naval Supply and the Public Health Hospital in Norfolk.

Survivors include two sons, Thurman L. Ferguson of Suffolk and Robert R. Ferguson of Forestville, Md.; two sisters, Nellie Mae Gray and Cleo Worrell, both of Suffolk; three aunts, Ernestine Crandell of Suffolk, Eunice Moore of Staten Island, N.Y., and Claudia Mae Young of Baltimore, Md.; four grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday in Tabernacle Christian United Church of Christ, by the Rev. Carlton Upton. Burial will be in Carver Memorial Cemetery. Crocker Funeral Home is handling the arrangements. The body will be placed in the church at 11:30 a.m. Saturday.
