No visits will be allowed at the Norfolk City Jail Saturday because electricity will be cut off throughout the building that day.
The lights are slated to be out from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. while electricians work on changes to the power supply system required for construction of an addition to the jail.
Propane heaters will be used temporarily to heat the jail, which will be left without elevator service or lights. by CNB
