CORNELL BROWN

Cornell Brown, 75, of the 1200 block of Elliot St., died Jan. 25, 1995 in his residence.

Mr. Brown was a native of North Carolina and the son of Ethel Boone. He was a retired chauffeur for the Navy Exchange and was a member of First Baptist Church, Logan Park. He was an Army veteran of World War II.

Survivors include his wife, Ella A. Brown; one daughter, Angeline E. Ferebee of Norfolk; two grandsons; and a cousin, Mable White of Norfolk.

The funeral will be conducted Monday, Jan. 30, 1995, at noon by the Rev. Joseph Price and the Rev. Roger Roberts in First Baptist Church, Logan Park. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Viewing will be Sunday from 1 to 6 p.m. at Riddick Funeral Home. The family will be at the funeral home Sunday from 1 to 3 p.m.
