Robert Hall Jr. of the 400 block of Piping Rock Road died Jan. 25, 1995, in a local hospital.
Mr. Hall was born in Stantonsburg, N.C., and was retired from the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard and Kutz & Fentress. He was a member of St. Luke Holiness Church of Christ Disciples. He was a deacon, a member of Mason's and the U.S. Army. He was predeceased by his mother and father.
Survivors include his wife, Elder Allie Mae Hall; one son, Robert Hall III of Virginia Beach; two sisters, Rennie Ellis and Mary Sue Woodard, both of Stantonsburg, N.C.; three brothers, Louis Hall of Wilson, N.C., Curtis Hall of Baltimore, Md., and James Hall of Stantonsburg, N.C.; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
The funeral will be conducted Sunday, Jan. 29, 1995, at 2 p.m. by Elder Samuel Logan in St. Luke Holiness Church of Christ Disciples. Burial will be in Christ Holiness Church of Christ Disciples, Roper, N.C. A funeral service will also be held Monday, Jan. 30, 1995, at 1 p.m. in Roper, N.C. Graves Funeral Home is in charge.
