Grand Basket Co. Inc., a major importer of wicker and rattan furniture and accessories, has diverted part of its importing and shipping operations to Hampton Roads from New York. The company initially began shipping 30 containers per month through the Norfolk International Terminals and plans to increase the volume of imports during year.
