It's said that riverboat gambling will create a lot of new jobs. On its face, that sounds great.
I have been led to believe that big-time gambling operations normally include a lot of job opportunities for thugs and prostitutes. Are we going to have enough applicants here in Hampton Roads to fill those vacancies, or will people need to be recruited from elsewhere?
