LUTCF is conferred upon life underwriters who meet exacting training and educational requirements and membership and ethical standards jointly set by the Life Underwriter Training Council (LUTC) and the National Association of Life Underwriters (NALU).
Robertson was honored at the national conferment on Sept. 21 in San Antonio, Texas, during NALU's 1994 annual convention. A local recognition event is also conducted in Newport News where he is presented the official diploma.
