FRANK L. MULLEN

Frank Linwood Mullen of the 800 block of W. 37th St., a truck driver, died Jan. 26, 1995, in his residence.

Mr. Mullen was born in Princess Anne County. He was employed in the transportation department at Nor-ship-co & Drydock Bldg. and formerly employed at Virginia National Bank and Cooke & Son Moving Hauling Co. He graduated from Booker T. Washington High School, Norfolk.

Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Marcella Downing of Chesapeake and Gladys Franklin of Norfolk; four sons, Dennis Mullen of Oceanside, Calif., Frank Mullen Jr. and Ricky Mullen, both of Norfolk and Timothy Mullen of Chesapeake; a sister, Elnora Wright; a brother, George Spencer; 20 grandchildren; a brother-in-law, Nathan Wright; three aunts, Gladys Mitchell of Chesapeake, Elizabeth Spence of New York City and Mert Spence of Elizabeth City, N.C.; four uncles; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was the son of the late Cora Burnham and Thomas Mullen.

A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church, Norfolk, by Dr. I. Joseph Williams. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park. Metropolitan Funeral Service is handling arrangements. Family and friends will assemble at 852 W. 37th St., Norfolk, at noon Monday for funeral processional.
