George T. Martin Sr., 61, died Jan. 28, 1995.
He was a native of Norfolk and was retired from Civil Service work at Fort Story. He was also an Army veteran of the Korean War.
Survivors include his wife, Margaret V. Martin; and eight children; two brothers; 17 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
The graveside service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday in Olive Branch Cemetery by the Rev. Lomar Sentell. Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, is handling the arrangements. The fmaily will be at the funeral home today from 7 to 8:30 p.m. and other times at 4215 Bart St., Portsmouth.
