MYRTLE LOWE DAVIDSON

Myrtle Lowe Davidson, 81, a lifelong resident of Suffolk died in Obici Hospital on Saturday January 28, 1995.

Mrs. Davidson, a native of Southampton County, was the daughter of the late Robert Edward Lee Lowe and Leona McClenny Lowe. She was the Wife of the late Wilton Dalton Davidson, Sr. Mrs. Davidson retired from Leggett's and The Virginian-Pilot as a saleslady and a secretary.

Mrs. Davidson was a member of the First Baptist Church Main St. Suffolk, Va., the Rose Mary Register Circle, Adult Seven Sunday School Class, The Christian Woman's Club, Suffolk Woman's Club and the Woman's Missionary Union of First Baptist Church and The Professional Woman's Club.

Mrs. Davidson is survived by a daughter, Melinda Davidson Wilde of Chapel Hill, N.C. and a son, Wilton Dalton Davidson, Jr. of Richmond, Va. Five grandchildren, Andrew Davidson Wilde, Patrick Lee Wilde and Natalie Suzanne Wilde, all of Chapel Hill, N.C., Angela Davidson Bowell of Long Beach, MS. and Suzanne Virginia Davidson of Colonial Heights, VA.

The Funeral will be held Thursday, February 2, 1995 11:00 A.M. in First Baptist Church Suffolk, Va. by the Rev. Charles W. Thompson. Burial will be in Holly Lawn Cemetery, Suffolk, Va. Visitation will be Wednesday February 1, 1995 7:00-9:00 P.M. at the Hill Funeral Home.
