Looks as if we are going to get casino or riverboat gambling whether we like it or not, so why not make it a two-way winner?
Make each boarding patron show proper identification (with picture), and then send a daily list to state and federal governments. If gamblers are recipients of any form of aid or food stamps, stop payment right away.
We could save a bundle and make a bundle all at one.
Give it some thought. The average working stiff will cheer.
