Edna C. Jordan, 89, formerly of 817 Madison St., died Jan. 27, 1995.
Mrs. Jordan was the widow of John Jordan and was a member of Trinity Baptist Church. She was also deaconess and Mother of the church.
Survivors include a foster daughter, Eva Miller; grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and one niece, Gail Watson.
The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Trinity Baptist Church, Chesapeake, by the Rev. O.L. Cromwell II. Burial will be in Lincoln Cemetery. Fisher Funeral Home is handling arrangements. The family will assemble at the residence of her niece, Mrs. Gail Watson, 1 Freedom Court, Portsmouth at 10 a.m.
