AMADO R. SAN DIEGO

Dr. Amado R. San Diego, 87, died Jan. 31, 1995, in Chesapeake.

Dr. San Diego was born in Malolos, Bulacan, Philippines. He was a physician for 30 years, a Catholic and the widower of Vicenta G. San Diego.

Survivors include two daughters, Zenaida S.D. Cortado and Etheldreda S.D. Olivar, both of Virginia Beach; three sons, Dr. Armando G. San Diego of Texas, Jaime G. San Diego of Norfolk and Ferdinand G. San Diego of Chesapeake; a sister, Belen Crisostomo of San Diego, Calif.; 16 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

A Mass of the Resurrection will be held at noon Saturday at St. Matthews Catholic Church by Father Timothy Drake. Burial will be in Colonial Grove Memorial Park. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Indian River Chapel, is handling arrangements. The family will receive friends today, Thursday and Friday from 6 to 9:30 p.m.
