Willna Frances ``Fran'' Carroll, 63, formerly of Virginia Beach, died January 30, 1995, in Jacksonville, Fla. at Methodist Hospice.
She was predeceased by her mother, Maggie Price, and her son, Gary R. Carroll. She was retired from Food Lion.
Survivors include two daughters, Cheryl F. Hood of Middleburgh, Fla., and Deanna C. Harwell of Virginia Beach; a daughter-in-law, Beth S. Carroll of Chesapeake; a son, Jack E. Carroll of St. Augustine, Fla.; two sisters, Jaffres Ogles and Billie Faye Gibson, both of Ashland, Ala.; and seven grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Oaklette United Methodist Church, Chesapeake, by the Rev. Gene Gee and the Rev. Stephen Payne. The family will be at the home of Deanna Harwell following the memorial service. In lieu of flowers, please make memorial donations to Oaklette U.N.C. Choir.
