Thomas Hyder of the 600 block of Harbour North Drive died Jan. 28, 1995, in Chesapeake General Hospital.
Mr. Hyder was born in Norfolk County. He was retired.
Survivors include a special friend, Mary P. Smith of Chesapeake; and a host of cousins.
A funeral will be conducted at noon Saturday at Temple of Faith Love Center, Campostella Road, Chesapeake, by Dr. James B. Williams Jr. Burial will be in Jones Memorial Park. Carlos A. Howard Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, is handling arrangements. The family will receive friends at the home of Mrs. Mary Olds, 618 Harbour Dr. North. The family will assemble at the church at 11:45 a.m. The remains will be taken to the church at 11 a.m. The body will be ready for viewing 3-8 p.m. Friday.
