James Thomas Fisher, 35, of the 1500 block of Sunnywood Circle, died Jan. 31, 1995, in a Virginia Beach hospital.
Mr. Fisher was born in Oakland, Calif. He was an equipment operator for Higgerson & Buchanan Inc.
Survivors include his wife, Laurie Ann Owens Fisher; three sons, Thomas E. Fisher, Brian P. Fisher and Benjamin S. Fisher, all of Virginia Beach; his parents, Opal Lorene Upchurch Fisher of Virginia Beach and Henry P. Fisher of Memphis, Tenn.; a sister, Phyllis Price of Chesapeake; two brothers, Ray Fisher of Virginia Beach and Paul Fisher of Killeen, Texas; and maternal grandmother, Ina Edwards of Virginia Beach.
A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Bayside Chapel, by the Rev. Kreg Vaughne'. Burial will be in Rosewood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. today.
