A Virginia Beach man was shot twice Tuesday night during an argument, police reported.
Charles Wade, 24, of the 600 block of Hudgins Court, was arguing with 19-year-old James R. Miller in the 1100 block of Park Ave. when Miller shot him in the abdomen and leg, police said. Wade was taken to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, where he was in stable condition Wednesday.
Miller, whose address was not immediately available, was arrested and charged with malicious wounding and use of a firearm, police said.
