Nancy S. Holmes, 81, died Wednesday, Feb. 2, 1995, in the Health Pavilion of Williamsburg Landing.
A native of Denver, Colo., she had been a Williamsburg resident since 1976. She was a member of Bruton Parish Episcopal Church.
She is survived by her husband, Admiral Ephraim P. Holmes; a daughter and son-in-law, Diane and Richard Fletcher of Matthews; a son and daughter-in-law, Ann and Ephraim P. Holmes Jr. of Grand Junction, Colo.; a sister, Jeanne S. Hinckley of Groveland, Calif; eight grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be conducted by the Rev. David Tetrault in Bruton Parish Episcopal Church, Saturday, Feb. 4, 1995, at 1 p.m. A graveside service will be conducted by Father Clifford at 2 p.m. Monday at the U.S. Naval Academy, Annapolis, Md. Arrangements by Williamsburg Funeral Home.
