FRANCES M. SEYLER

Frances Mae ``Dutie'' Seyler, 68, of the 100 block of Westonia Road, a homemaker, died Feb. 1, 1995, in a Portsmouth hospital.

Mrs. Seyler was born in Portsmouth.

Survivors include her husband, Clifford L. Seyler; four daughters, Janet L. Domazos of Virginia Beach, Rebecca L. Smith and Gloria Mae Seyler, both of Chesapeake, and Edith A. Horowitz of Riverside, Calif.; two sons, Clifford F. Seyler of Grand, N.C., and Stanley E. Seyler of Chesapeake; three sisters, Margaret Schneider and Ellen Koolman, both of Chesapeake, and Rose Horton of Holmes Beach, Fla.; and two brothers, Joseph S. Porter and Fitzhugh L. Porter, both of Chesapeake.

A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at Snellings Funeral Home, George Washington Highway Chapel, by the Rev. Ernest W. Myers. Burial will be in Chesapeake Memorial Gardens. Memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today.
