James A. Perrenoud, 67, of the 1500 block of Centerville Turnpike died Tuesday at his residence.
Mr. Perrenoud was born in Huntington Park, CA, and was the son of the late Charles and Grace Oxley Perrenoud. He was a retired U.S. Navy Chief Photographer with 20 years of service. He was a member of Fleet Reserve Branch 40, Chesapeake.
Survivors include his wife, Jeanne Perrenoud; one son, Michael Perrenoud of Chesapeake; two stepchildren, Susan Hilderbrand of Bad Aibling, Germany; and Philip L. Lee Moore of St. Augustine, FL; and five grandchildren, Stephen Hilderbrand, Gregory Hilderbrand, Kristen Hilderbrand, Katie Moore and Sean Moore.
A funeral service with Military Honors will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Saturday at Oman Funeral Home, Great Bridge. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society. The family will receive friends at the funeral home tonight from 7 to 8 p.m.
