Police on Wednesday arrested two men suspected of slaying a Norfolk man on Reservoir Avenue last month, police spokesman Larry Hill reported Thursday.
Barrett Mitchell, 23, of the 3100 block of Azalea Garden Road and Oneil Oliver, 25, of the 800 block of Reservoir Ave. were charged with murder and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony for the Jan. 19 slaying of Samuel Fletcher, Hill said.
Fletcher, 43, of the 900 block of Norchester St. was shot in the 800 block of Reservoir Ave. after the men began arguing, Hill said.
