CHASE WAS JUSTIFIED

Regarding the police chase on Jan. 22, which resulted in the deaths of two people: If those police officers hadn't been chasing the criminal and the two people had died, who would we be blaming? The police, for not chasing the man. It's a no-win situation.

I am deeply sorry for the loss of the two people, but if that man was still out driving, we could have more than two taken away from us.

I commend the officers who risked their lives to save us from that driver.
