Vincent Lee ``Buck'' Ferebee, 62, of the 2200 block of Starfish Drive, died Feb. 2, 1995, at his residence.
Mr. Ferebee was born in Norfolk. He retired from civil service, was a member of Larchmont Baptist Church of Norfolk and attended Virginia Beach Community Chapel. Mr. Ferebee was active in the Civic League, where he coached basketball and baseball. He served in the United States Marine Corps during the Korean War.
Survivors include his wife, Sandra J. Ferebee; two daughters, Paige and Kristie Ferebee, both of Virginia Beach; a son, Kent Ferebee of Wilmington, Del.; a stepson, James Frankhouser and his wife Carmen of Italy; a sister, Jean Phelps of Chesapeake; and three stepgrandchildren.
A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday at Kellum Funeral Home, Bonney Road Chapel, by the Rev. Harold Burchette. The interment will be conducted in the Garden of the Pines Chapel in Princess Anne Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
