Barbara Palmer Lockhart, 58, of the 500 block of Deal Island Court, died Thursday in a Norfolk hospital.
Mrs. Lockhart was born in Norfolk and was the daughter of the late Tully H. and Julia E. Palmer. She was a member of Centerville Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Frank W. Lockhart, Jr. of Chesapeake; her daughter, Robin Freeman of Norfolk; and two sisters, Linda Powers of Chesapeake and Ann Baker of Detroit, Michigan.
A funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Monday at Oman Funeral Home, Great Bridge, by the Rev. Danny Morris. Burial will be in Rosewood Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m.
