Survivors include his parents, Christina Roope and Timothy Sean Mullane Sr.; a sister, Kimberly Mullane of Norfolk; a brother, Michael Mullane of Norfolk; paternal grandfather, Harvey Mullane of Cincinnati, Ohio; maternal grandparents, Chuck and Beverly Davidson and maternal grandfather Jack Isdale, all of Houston, Texas.
A private service will be held at the convenience of the family. Altmeyer Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
