Annette Smith Holley, 30, of the 2200 block of Lafayette Blvd., died Feb. 1, 1995, in Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.
Mrs. Holley was born in Philadelphia, Pa., and was the daughter of Theodore and Jean Gilliam Smith. She was a dietary aide for Thornton Hall Nursing Home.
Survivors include her husband, Kenneth L. Holley; her parents, Jean Gilliam Smith and Theodore Smith and three sisters, Terry Smith, Karen Smith and Casandra Smith, all of Norfolk; and grandparents, Mary Gilliam and Maude Smith.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday at Temple Baptist Church, 3300 Tidewater Drive, by the Rev. Mark Pullen. Viewing will be from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday. The family will receive friends at Riddick Funeral Service from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday. ILLUSTRATION: Personal Photo
