A 36-year-old Norfolk man was arrested Thursday night and charged with the abduction of a man and a woman last month, police said Friday.
Milton Brown Jr. of the 2800 block of Liberia Drive was charged with rape, forcible sodomy, abduction, malicious wounding and five counts of use of a firearm, police reported.
The offenses occurred Jan. 22 in the 1300 block of Bolton St. The victims, whose names were not released, were a 30-year-old black female and a 36-year-old black male.
