An elementary school substitute teacher has been charged with sexually assaulting an 11-year-old female student.
The teacher, identified as James A. Morris, 54, of the 2000 block of Candlelight Drive, was arrested Thursday. He is also accused of physically assaulting two male students and another female student, all of whom were 11 when the alleged crimes are said to have happened on Nov. 14, police said.
Morris was released Thursday on his promise to return to court.
