Barbara ``Betty'' Lyons, 71, of the 4200 block of South St., died Feb. 3, 1995, in a Portsmouth hospital.
She was a native of Germany and was a resident of Portsmouth for 42 years. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother.
Survivors include her husband, Harold M. Lyons; a daughter, Betty Ann Lyons; a son, Robert R. Lyons, all of Portsmouth; and a grandchild, Lauren Lyons.
A graveside service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens by the Rev. Michael Brewer. The family will receive friends at Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, from 7 to 8 p.m. today. Memorials may be made to The Union Mission, 130 Brooke Ave., Norfolk.
