Irene Palmer Dickerson, 72, of the 4500 block of King St., died Saturday, Feb. 4, 1995, in her residence.
Mrs. Dickerson was a native of Belle, W.Va. She was a full time homemaker and was a part time model for Mademoiselle and The Famous. She was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church.
Survivors include her husband, Edmund M. Dickerson; three daughters, Camilla Cilumbrello of Norfolk, Barbette Dale of Chesapeake and Mitch Ann Barber of Virginia Beach; three sisters, Betty Stevens of Portsmouth, Louise Thomas of Belle, W.Va. and Mary Stone of Sylmar, Calif.; two grandchildren, Fancy Zilberfarb and Wes Slade; and one great-grandchild, Alexa Zilberfarb.
A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 7, 1995, in Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Boulevard Chapel, by the Rev. Thomas E. Becker. Burial will be in Olive Branch Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home today from 7 to 8 p.m.
