Milton Roy Mullen, 33, of the 1300 block of Hoover St., a handyman, died Feb. 3, 1995, in Maryview Hospital.
Mr. Mullen was born in Portsmouth.
Survivors include a daughter, Kokena Seaborne of Portsmouth; his mother, Lucille R. Mullen of Portsmouth; his father, Milton Mullen of Chesapeake; three sisters, Joyce Parks and Shirley Adamson, both of Portsmouth and Linda Tillmon of Suitland, Md.; five brothers, George Ramsey, Leroy Ramsey, Melvin Mullen, Donald Mullen and Micheal Mullen, all of Portsmouth; a special friend, Linda Donaldson; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday in True Vine Holiness Church by Evangelist Estelle Woods. Burial will be in Lincoln Memorial Cemetery. Viewing will begin at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Corprew Funeral Home. The body will be taken to the church at 1 p.m. Thursday.
