IDA H. PEOPLES

Ida Maybelle Harrell Peoples of the 5200 block of Lake Shores Road was born to Blanch Mayo and Daniel Jarvis Harrell in Beaufort County, N.C. She is preceded in death by her husband, Milton O. Peoples. She was also preceded in death by her beloved brothers Daniel, Joseph and Anthony B. Harrell, and her beloved sister, Beulah Harrell Zeto.

``Maybelle'' Peoples, as she was known and beloved by family and friends alike, was a charter member of Bayside Baptist Church, where she taught the 5 year old Sunday School Class for over Thirty-Four years. Maybelle was a member of the Lakeshores Garden Club, holding several offices and winning numerous prizes for her creative flower arrangements.

Survivors include two brothers, Roy Harrell of Norfolk, Va. and Walter Harrell of Tarboro, N.C.

Mrs. Peoples is also survived by two nieces, one nephew, great nieces and nephews, and other loving relatives and friends.

She loved deeply and was loved deeply and shall be greatly missed.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, February 8, 1995 at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home Bayside Chapel, with Rev. Paul S. Carter and Rev. Donald Wilson officiating. Burial will follow at Rosewood Memorial Park.

The family will be at Hollomon-Brown Bayside Chapel Tuesday from 7 pm to 9 pm.
